I realised that I have to take responsiblity and make some changes to see results. I try not to make these changes too radically, because then it is overwhelming and has gotten me into trouble in the past and since I am changing my mind set then I am going to try something different and beleive it will give me a different result.
The 1st week, I made my portion size smaller and began exercising however the 2nd week, I did the same but because I was not tracking it keenly I gained back 2 of the pounds that I lost. Now I am adding a spreadsheet to track my eating habits because even though I made my portion smaller, maybe I ate more or my fat intake was higher, but instead of guessing I am going to put it all on paper.
I think I will get a food scale but not yet, got to take it slowly.
This week I will concentrate on tracking my food and the calories burned. See the changes and stay ontrack.Tracking on paper will help me identify the food that trigger hunger, and the ones that curbs my appetite. I will then try to customize my exercise program that will work with my schedule. I am not giving up it has to work. I am going to keep trying till I succeed.
