Share my New Food Tracker Sheet
Hello everyone,
I came up with this sheet that will track our food intake. I think it is important to know how much we are eating, especially us WAHMs. We are always on the go and sometimes we eat unconsciously. We grab a snack here and there not realizing the amount of calories we are in taking.Though I am trying not to have weight loss become our life to the point where we are obsessed with losing weight that it takes away the joy of eating and enjoying life; I do think we need to pay some attention to our eating habits. Remember there is no one rule that works, and everyone is different yet we know if we eat too much it will turn into fat and will show on our bodies eventually like I saw this week.
