Hello all,
I was thinking today and really feeling good about my success last week, because my goal is to lose maybe a pound a week, but I am thankful to lose 3 pounds instead. I know that I cheated a little but thinking about it, never thought of it before but I normally take ALLI when I cheat. I would use it in the past and think it helped me maintained my weight in the past. and I did take it on the day that I had chinese :( and the day that I had KFC :( . The only good thing is that I do cheat but do not have a lot of the bad stuff. The rule that I develop is to stop eating when I begin to feel full. To be honest, can't say that I always follow that rule but most of the times, and with time I am getting better with it. A word of encouragement " you will get there too, so don't beat up on yourself if you are not there yet" My goal in my blog to encourage all and to recognize that we are humans and will fall short but the goal is to get up and go again.
I also take "Fiber Choice Weight Management", says it helps curb craving and Promotes weight Control. I know fiber helps to full the stomach and I think it helped me to eat less. In my opinion we all need a little help sometimes and ALLI and Fiber Choice is that help for now; so dont get jealous if you didnt lose 3 pounds your first week, maybe you didnt have help like I did. Keep on keeping on:)
