In my earlier post I confessed that I had fallen off the wagon and was not focusing on my weight loss. As I said I had to refocus and put myself on the priority list and I did and I must say that I am doing great.
I have been keeping up my exercise. I try to do at least an hour on the elliptical machine. It is tough but I know it will be worth it.I will begin sharing my weight loss with you from Monday. I will let you know how I am doing. I believe this is the best time to start and resist the holiday pressure to eat and eat.
