Back to the Drawing Board

Well! Well! Well! I am back to the drawing board again. My biggest enemy is me. I am sabotaging my efforts, being inconsistent and putting myself last on the list. I know this is the story of most of our lives. We are busy with the family and the business and every thing else, therefore,we put our selves last on the list. No time for exercise or to eat right etc. etc.
Well I am recommitting my self again to finding some time for myself to do some of the things that contributes to my self fulfillment and happiness which includes,meditating, exercising, eating right and blogging. I have been so busy that I have been neglecting these duties, and the end results is no good.
Though I have succumbed to some of my old ways, I am now taking back my life and I am getting back on the wagon, so lets get ready to rumble!!!!!!!!!
