Well, I am in a crunch here. I got a wedding to attend on June 20Th, that is only 20 days away. Wow! I am so nervous because I haven't made any progress on my weight loss lately. I have started again today, as you know I was out of commission for the past 2 weeks so it is time to get back to the drawing board.
I didn't do too bad today. I plan to share my daily intake with you, it will keep me more in check
Breakfast - 1 slice bread, 1slice low fat cheese, 1 egg and 1 cup green tea
Snack -1 banana
I will run an exercise for an hour, and will eat a hearthy lunch.
lunch - 1cup rice, 1piece fish, with salad and 1 cup milk.
Then dinner, I got to think about it. I will keep you posted. I am running now to exercise and will let you know how that went:)
