Well Proud to announce that I didn't do too bad yesterday. I had a peanut butter sandwich for dinner with a cup of tea, and another banana. I also pushed in a 45minutes work out.
Well today is another day. Didn't do too bad either.Here is what I had thus far:
Breakfast- 1 slice bread, 1 tsp peanut butter, 1 cup of tea,
Snack - 1 banana (I love bananas)
Lunch - 1 small cup rice, I slice fish and 1 chicken drumstick, with gravy (skipped the salad)
Snack - 1 yogurt
Dinner - maybe some cereal with banana of course, I will add flax seed meal to it and will have some almonds too. I will try to push in 1 hr of workout. I will let you know how that went.

Weekly Inspiration

My favorite weight loss tactic inovles havine one Arbonne Figure 8 Protein shake instead of lunch, and a sensible dinner and breakfast. I use a frozen banana in my vanilla shake and sometimes add stawberries. For breakfast I make an egg white omelet full of veggies. For dinner I eat veggies and fish/lean meat. It's a great way to lose some pounds quickly. Good luck!
