I found a new secret and maybe many of you out there found it too. I was introduced to this by a friend and found that it works great. Here is my little experiment, a little diversion from the real recipe my friend gave me.
ingredients
1/4 apple
1/4 banana
1 slice water melon
1/4 mango
5 cherries
5 grapes
Whipped cream (light Please!)
Any other fruit of your choice
Cut the fruits up and spread a nice coat of Whip Cream, it has only a quarter of the calories of ice cream and it satisfies that sweet tooth craving. Go ahead and Try it. Very filling too. My friend is very skinny so she baptize it really well with heavy whip cream, but I dare not try it her way:( . The light whipped cream tasted great anyway and give that sense of sweet and vanilla flavor , so the purpose was fulfilled:)
