It is Monday and it is back to work again. I had a great day yesterday, and of course I had a little more than I should. My husband and kids made me a wonderful breakfast, so I did not count the calories, then at church I had some snacks and pastries, skipped the food but that alone was very rich and high in calories, then of course we came home and had a huge dinner and then watched movies and of course had to have a late night snack, so I know my diet was kind of sabotaged but hey! I had a good time, now it is time to get back on the wagon.
I didn't do too bad today, but guess the scale will tell tomorrow :( I am dreading that now:(
